      What’s Considered Bulky Trash?

      We’re here to help you dispose of bulk or heavy trash not suitable for your regular pickup service, whether it’s one chair or a whole attic full of items. Comprehensive lists of acceptable/unacceptable materials may vary, but some common household bulky, large, or heavy items include:

      • Other items too large to fit into your regular service container

      What should I expect when scheduling a bulk pickup?

      First, we will need to gather some information – including who you are, where you are located, and what you have for us to pick up. After we verify that we can help you, we will give you a cost estimate. If that works for you, we will schedule your pickup and give instructions on how to prepare for your pickup day.

      If you are a Residental customer of Tri-State Disposal, we will remove one bulk item each week, free of charge, on your regular weekly residential pick-up day. Items need to be placed curbside by 6 AM with your collection carts on the day of collection. Items should weigh no more than 50 lbs., and able to be lifted by one person.

      Unfortunately, bulk trash pickup is only available on your scheduled day of service.

      Removal of one bulk item per collection day is included with our residential service. Additional items will be billed at our current loose yardage rate. For more information, please call our office at 708.388.9910.
