Residential Recycling Services for Eco-Friendly Neighborhoods

Tri-State Disposal

Proper residential recycling is one of the most effective ways to reduce your carbon footprint and protect the environment. At Tri-State Disposal, we help homeowners in our select areas sort, collect, and handle their recyclable materials properly. Our easy residential recycling pickup helps you recycle at home and keeps more waste out of landfills.

Available only in Crestwood, Frankfort Square, Garden Homes, Midlothian, Mokena, Orland Park, Palos Heights, Palos Park, and Tinley Park.

Why It’s Important to Know What You Can and Can’t Recycle

Not every item with a recycling symbol belongs in the bin. Mixing non-recyclable materials with clean ones can cause contamination, sending otherwise usable materials straight to the landfill.

Knowing which recycled materials are acceptable helps:

  • Prevent contamination in the recycling stream
  • Improve the efficiency of recycling facilities
  • Reduce processing costs and energy waste
  • Ensure more materials are repurposed into new products

Knowing what you can and can’t recycle helps you recycle better and protect the planet.
