Roll-Off Driver (CDL B)
Pay: Local 731 Teamster’s Wage & Benefit Package
License Required: Class B CDL with air brakes
Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Roll-Off Driver to service residential, commercial and construction customers. Safety, professionalism, attendance, and customer service are key.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- Safely operate roll-off truck on designated routes
- Deliver and pick up open-top containers and compactors
- Transport loads to designated disposal facilities
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
- Complete required reports and vehicle condition reports (VCRs)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- Previous roll-off experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good customer service and communication skills
