Chicago Bulk Trash Pickup: What You Need to Know

Bulk pick-up is exclusively available to our existing Tri-State Disposal residential customers who already have regular service with us. During your regular pick-up day, we will remove one large item at no extra cost, provided it fits within your normal container(s). Any additional debris outside the container(s) will incur extra charges based on the volume.

Currently, bulk trash pickup is only available on your scheduled day of service. For Chicago bulk trash pickup, please ensure your unwanted items are ready on your regular collection day, and placed curbside by 6 AM.

Your quarterly billing includes bulk waste pickup during your regular service days. However, for any debris placed outside your normal container(s), extra charges will apply based on the volume.

A few reasons might explain why we didn’t accept your bulky pickup: you may not have placed your item out on time, or it might have been too heavy for one driver to lift. The best course of action is to contact our office. We’ll review our truck’s cameras to determine the best plan for getting your item picked up.

If you require a special bulk pickup outside your regular service day, this will incur an additional charge based on the number and size of the container(s) you have, plus an extra fee for any debris outside the container(s), calculated by volume.
